Refund Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
At Webexcel, we strive to ensure 100% satisfaction for all our clients. Due to the nature of digital services, web development, and design, our refund policy is governed by the specific terms outlined below and the individual contracts signed for each project.
1. Web Development & Design Services
Custom web development, UI/UX design, and software engineering services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This is because these services require extensive time, labor, and dedicated resources.
- Upfront Deposits: Any initial deposits made to secure a spot in our production schedule or to commence discovery/design phases are non-refundable.
- Milestone Payments: If a project is cancelled mid-development, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any payments made for milestones that have already been approved and delivered will not be refunded.
2. Digital Marketing & SEO Retainers
Digital marketing, SEO, and continuous maintenance services are typically billed on a monthly retainer basis.
- Cancellations: Clients may cancel their monthly retainers at any time with a written 30-day notice, unless otherwise stipulated in the service agreement.
- Partial Months: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service if you choose to cancel before the end of your billing cycle.
3. Digital Products & Tools
If you purchase any standalone digital products, templates, or premium tools directly from our website:
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital products if you are not satisfied, provided that the product has not been substantially downloaded or utilized. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that exceptional circumstances can take place regarding the character of the product/service we supply. Therefore, we may honor requests for refunds under the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues or system errors, you do not receive a delivery email from us.
- Major defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact your dedicated account manager or email our billing department at billing@webexcel.com. Please include your project name, invoice number, and the reason for your request.
